Since 2019, Emi Miyoshi and Unita Galiluyo have been leading the popular TIME TO SHARE MOVEMENTS workshop In this course, the aim is to move and relax from everyday life together in two steps. Beginning in a seated position, participants will use elements and structures of familiar movement systems.
